Refund policy

Returns are accepted up to 14 days of the dispatch date and must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. All refunds are issued by the same method that you paid. A full refund for the cost of the item will be issued as long as the item is returned undamaged in the same condition and packaging it was sent out and will be issued on receipt of the item. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty, so please check before wearing them. Please take care when ordering rings, making sure you order the correct size. A ring can be returned for re-size but is subject to a small charge (please contact for more information) Please note: You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend that you return it to us using a secure delivery service like recorded delivery signed for, but it is your choice. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or faulty.
