Delivery and Returns
All UK orders are sent out using Royal Mail delivery service. Royal Mail next day special delivery is available on request. First class recorded delivery is normally delivered within 1-3 working days of the order being dispatched and requires a signature upon delivery and second class takes between 3-5 working days. Next day special delivery is guaranteed by 1pm the next working day and again requires a signature upon delivery. If your order arrives and nobody is there to sign then a card will be left giving details of how to collect your parcel.
All orders outside the UK are sent Royal Mail International signed for as standard. Royal Mail's delivery aim is 3-7 working days and requires a signature upon receipt. Due to customs checks and handling of more than one postal service it sometimes takes longer to arrive. If your order arrives and nobody is there to sign then a card will be left giving details of how to collect your parcel.
Late and lost deliveries
If your order is not received within the given time you can use your tracking number to locate your item. Royal Mail states that we cannot claim a parcel lost, stolen or missing until 20 days after the dispatch date for UK deliveries and 30 days for international items. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days of the dispatch date and must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. All refunds are issued by the same method that you paid. A full refund for the cost of the item will be issued as long as the item is returned undamaged in the same condition and packaging it was sent out and will be issued on receipt of the item. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty, so please check before wearing them. Please take care when ordering rings, making sure you order the correct size. A ring can be returned for re-size but is subject to a small charge (please contact for more information) Please note: You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend that you return it to us using a secure delivery service like recorded delivery signed for, but it is your choice. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or faulty.
